We propose a new approach for studying pion production process for deeper understanding of the internal dynamics of the process for the interaction of π–Ag/Br interactions at 350 GeV. Here for the interaction, list of pseudorapidity values of the produced pions are collected corresponding to the count of grey particles. The number of grey particle signify the target excitation. Here, we use complex network and chaos-based Visibility Graph analysis method and extract the Power of Scale-freeness of Visibility Graph denoted by PSVG which is a measure of fractality of the system to be analyzed. From this analysis we can quantitatively confirm that fractal behavior of the particle production process depends on the target excitation, and the fractality decreases with the increase of target excitation.

To validate that this process gives more insight we compare the experimental result with randomized and Monte-Carlo simulated events also. Difference in the figure with respect to experimental data justifies that the result of the experiment is never the outcome of randomization and of the dynamics of the prion production process.
